  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 diced ripe avocado (best if consumed within 6 hours to prevent browning)

  • Juice from 1/2 lime

Rinse the Beans


Start by rinsing your black beans. Place a colander in the sink and pour in the 2 cans of beans. Rinse them under cool running water until the water runs clear. Drain the Corn
